To qualify for most Northwest Neighborhoods-owned units, your income cannot exceed 60% of the Area Median Income, which is determined annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Other restrictions may apply. Northwest Neighborhoods also owns and maintains some market rate units without income restrictions in the Templin Bradley Co. Lofts and the Sylvia Building.
