Please note: We cannot consider office spaces for any of our retail storefronts along Detroit Avenue at this time. All businesses must have a retail component for consideration.

Special Improvement District

Many of our NWN-owned properties are within the Gordon Square Arts District's Special Improvement District (SID). Gordon Square Arts District-Cleveland Improvement Corporation is a separate, nonprofit organization which administers additional services within the district, Detroit Avenue between West 58th and West 74th Streets.
