Northwest Neighborhoods is very pleased to now introduce our first-ever brand after becoming a new organization last year! Our board, staff and community volunteers have collaborated with local designers Shark & Minnow to create logos, colors and typefaces that represent our organization.
Our logo represents our trustworthy service to three west-side neighborhoods, north of the highway: Cudell, Detroit Shoreway and Edgewater. The sprout mark represents our evolving work in growing our diverse communities, and its leaves stretch in a northwest direction. The bright, earthy colors represent the vibrancy, life and unity among our neighborhoods.
Our abbreviation, NWN, is easy to remember and recognize. Our team is excited to wear the eye-catching NWN marks as we show up at our events and local businesses.
